Sinatur Hotel & Konference has The Organic Cuisine Label in silver, which means that 60 to 90 percent of our food and drinks are organic. But don't worry: it doesn't create any obstacles for you in your work. Of course, you can choose local natural wine, but since it "only" needs between 60 and 90 percent of the gastronomy, which is organic, it leaves little room to find the perfect wines.
Your knowledge of wine culture, vinification, grapes and wine regions will therefore still be in play - in full bloom, actually. Our more sustainable and gastronomic concept does not hinder your work. On the contrary, it gives you the opportunity to think even more outside the box.
From the start, you will play a major role at Sinatur Hotel & Conference. Both in the restaurant, the banquet rooms and the colleagues. Of course, we expect that you - with your in-depth knowledge of wine and grapes - will be able to both put together menus in advance and help guests at the moment choose the right wine for the food and the atmosphere. In addition, you will be responsible for the restaurant's purchases and the storage of wine.
