Baadfarten

Do you want to get out into nature and experience our beautiful, green areas on the water? You have the opportunity to hold the meeting in a different way by renting Baadfarten just for yourself.

The boat service on the four lakes - Lyngby Lake, Bagsværd Lake, Furesøen and Vejlesø - started in the early 1890s and has since then sailed regularly on the lakes. To this day, two of the boats from the 19th century sail: "Prins Christian", built in 1896 and Prinsesse Alexandrine", built in 1895.

At Frederiksdal, Baadfarten has for many years been the popular choice for a wonderful afternoon break on a long and educational course day. We pack coffee, cake, beer, bubbles or lunch in picnic baskets. It is only the imagination that sets the limits for what can be enjoyed on the water.
