No matter how excellent your presentation and professional content may otherwise be, it is almost inevitable that the participants' thoughts will wander towards the upcoming meals at some point. We know this, and we take the catering seriously - because it is our responsibility when we have your well-being in our care. The food means something to the overall impression of the day, and we can promise to lift that part.
We are proud that our kitchen has the Organic Food Label in silver, and we make everything based on a thought of sustainability. This means that we have a strong focus on avoiding food waste, that we always make the food from local ingredients, and that we use the ingredients that are in season.
Oh yes, we also grow some raw materials ourselves in our herb garden and beehives, and pick away from our plum and apple trees. The honey is not only good on the morning bread, but works well in syrups, dressings and baked goods.
