At Gl. Avernæs Sinatur Hotel & Conference, we use Easter as a loving occasion to shake off the last winter darkness of us, and spring flowers and Easter decorations are therefore peeking out here and there.

Starter:
Lightly smoked spring herring from our smokehouse, smoked cheese, radishes, crispy rye, fresh ramson, tender salads and confit Easter egg yolk
Main course:
Roasted Easter lamb with parsley root cream, garlic, baked roots in parsley butter, red onion, French croquette and sauce with Mediterranean herbs.
Dessert:
Baked rhubarb with crunchy almonds, meringue, vanilla ice cream and light valrhona chocolate
