Gastronomic walk in Gl. Avernæs' park

All the senses are instantly awakened when you go on a gastronomic walk in the park, in the forest and on the beach together with one of our passionate chefs.

Taste and smell how we use the surrounding nature in our kitchen and get good tips to take home for your own foraging trip.

The last stop on the walk is the smokehouse, where the chef talks about the art of smoking and offers samples from the smoke oven combined with herbs from the walk. In addition, the waiter offers a glass of matching wine.
