Lunch and catering mean a lot when the overall impression of the day is to be formed, and we take that seriously. The uniqueness of Haraldskær does not end at all with our buildings and location, because the area around the old manor house also offers completely unique taste experiences. At Haraldskær you can experience the taste of Vejle Ådal.
We use local and primarily organic ingredients, and the seasons are always reflected in the menu. We are fortunate to have some of Denmark's most talented farmers and producers on our doorstep, with whom it is always a pleasure to do business. We know them and their products intimately, and we know why the chickens from Hopballe are something very special. We know why the cheeses from Elmegaarden in Sommersted are perhaps Denmark's best, and we know why Knud's blueberries are always unique in taste.

We are proud that our kitchen has the Organic Food Label in silver. Ecology is good because it helps to ensure a clean and rich nature, and we make everything based on the idea of taking care of nature. This means that we have a strong focus on avoiding food waste, that we always make the food from local ingredients, and that we use the ingredients that are in season.
When we can find fantastic and organic ingredients in the local area, it is pointless to import from afar and thus also burden the environment unnecessarily.
