With a view of the park, forest, beach and water, food in a class of its own and waiters with presence, we do everything to give you a fantastic experience.

Food with meaning

We make all our food from scratch, and it is the seasons that dictate our menu. We have a sharp focus on sustainability, we have Det Økologiske Spisemærke i sølv, and we get almost all our ingredients from local suppliers on Funen. We don't think we should move food around the globe if we can avoid it, and we can easily avoid it here on Southwest Funen. We are blessed with world-class food that is grown, bred and produced right on our doorstep. We serve Funen on a plate, and we are very proud of that.
