Middle course: Creamy mushroom soup – Fried ball with mushrooms – Fried mushrooms

 

Middle course: Hestbjerg ham – Spicy dressing with honey from Søren Grøn – Sourdough bread – Goat cheese

 

Main course: Duck from Varde river valley – Pumpkin – Kale – Port wine sauce with filling

 

Cheese: Danish organic cheeses – Sweet - Jam - Crispy bread

 

Dessert: Cherry mousse – "Amarena" cherry – Vanilla ice cream – Good advice
