Segway Team Battle is a fun and action-packed team battle where the art of balance and your ability to work together will determine who emerges victorious from the race.
In Segway Team Battle, you are divided into up to five teams that compete against each other on tracks we build on Haraldskær. Along the way, you solve tasks and set tactics.
Riding a Segway is easy, intuitive and fun. You slow down by leaning forward or backward. To turn, simply pull the joystick.

It is in itself a great experience just to ride a Segway, but Segway Team Battle demands more than just good driving characteristics. For example, cooperation and communication are crucial for which team gets through the challenges first and best and can raise their hands in the air.

Enjoy a break by the fire in front of our orangery and let yourself be pampered by the season's homemade soup and flatbread baked on fire pans.
We light the fire and our chefs provide a delicious homemade soup, which of course is made from scratch from solid, organic and local ingredients. Then it's your job to bake the flatbreads over the crackling flames of the fire on fire pans. It helps to turn panbread into a crunchy crispy taste experience.

You avoid big bangs and gunpowder sludge, because the shotguns shoot with lasers. You shoot in small groups of up to 5 people at a time. Unlike regular clay pigeon shooting, you shoot at the same pigeon, and the one who hits the spot first with the laser beam scores the point.

Tempting you is the smell of warm popcorn and crispy bread on a stick? Evening fun by the fire in front of our cozy Orangery completes a good day of courses at Haraldskær Sinatur Hotel & Conference.

We light the fire and have popcorn pots and twist bread dough ready for you, so you can enjoy the community and let yourself be embraced by Vejle Ådal's picturesque backdrop.

You decide whether you bake and pop in the afternoon sun, or whether you wait until the sun is on its way down over Ådalen. In the afternoon sun, large parasols shield from the sun, and when the dew falls, you can crawl under the blankets or retreat inside the Orangery.

Experience the wings of history and hear the fantastic stories about Skibet Church, Haraldskælder, the Great Hall, the winding nooks and the stair tower.

Haraldskær's stories hit you right in the heart, and the manor house is the natural starting point for our historical walk, which takes you around war, The White Lady, a Russian sturgeon, the origin of Vejle Ådal and its importance for the development of the business community, Fritz Brincker – a German immigrant from Westphalia, Gorm the Old and Harald Bluetooth. Also hear about Skibet Church's fantastic frescoes and why the hotel still has a key to the church's front door.

In the cooking school, you work with one of our skilled chefs, who puts all your senses into play when you want to conjure up a dining experience carried by our organic and local ingredients. While we are cooking, we talk about our gastronomic profile and taste selected delicacies picked in nature or provided by our local suppliers.
You can combine a cooking school with a gastronomic walk in the beautiful nature at Haraldskær.
Guided by your chef, you will find herbs, mushrooms and berries in nature's fragrant pantry, which you can use to create a very special dining experience.

All senses are instantly awakened when you go on a gastronomic walk together with one of our passionate chefs and find crispy mushrooms, juicy berries and fragrant herbs in the beautiful nature that embraces Haraldskær Sinatur Hotel & Conference.

The Gastronomic Walk is an authentic experience and a well-deserved respite in a busy course day.
If you want to cook your finds in nature's own pantry, you can book a Gastronomic Walk in combination with a Cooking School. You will be home from the Gastronomic Walk no later than 5 pm.

Porridge is more than boring sticky oatmeal, and since a young entrepreneur opened Denmark's first porridge bar in Nørrebro in Copenhagen in 2011 with the well-chosen name Grød, the phenomenon has spread, and porridge has today become a "smart" food.

Together with one of our skilled chefs, you can learn more about porridge and learn how to make porridge that is both delicious, delicate and versatile. The porridge is naturally cooked over the warming flames of the fire.
The porridge is made from the old grains from Gyldenlund near Give, organic and seasonal vegetables and smoked cheese from Elmegården near Haderslev. You cook the porridge on broth.

When the porridge is ready, you enjoy it in front of the fire pit at the Orangery. If it gets too cold, you can warm up under the blankets or pull inside.

Join us behind the bar and get an intro to 3 different drinks.

We go through 2 classic drinks as well as a Sinatur drink that we have developed ourselves. Under expert guidance, you will learn about the different drinks, what ingredients are used for them, and how they should be made. After the introduction, it's your turn to try your hand at the different drinks and see which of you can create the best and tastiest drink. 

In front of the crackling flames of the fire, you can get a well-deserved break from the daily program, cringe your brain out and enjoy restaurant manager Hasse Bonde-Sterup's homemade toddy with notes of seasonal herbs.
We light the fire in front of the Orangery and spoil you with warm blankets when the temperature drops. If it gets too cold, you can retreat inside our cozy Orangery. From here you can enjoy the glow of the fire and an absolutely fantastic sunset.

With a view of Vejle Å, the hilly terrain and grazing calves, the orangery is a sanctuary with space and time for contemplation and dialogue between people.
You can book Bonfire & Toddy both as an afternoon and evening event. The toddy can be replaced with a cold refreshment.

Earlier in the day, your team captain was kidnapped by one of your biggest competitors. Before they brutally threw the team captain off in the gravel outside Haraldskær, they
a "deadly" shock band around his neck.

When you open the EscapeBox, a nerve-wracking race against the clock begins. Over the course of 60 minutes, you'll have to crack tricky codes and solve demanding tasks on the team to save your team captain from certain death. Literally, you have to press the red button before the time runs out.

EscapeBox is an entertaining, action-packed and intense team activity. You will be challenged on creative solutions, out of the box thinking and your ability to collaborate and keep a cool head in stressful situations.
You compete in teams of four people, and when everyone manages to save their team captain, the team with the best time wins.
