Beer tasting at Haraldskær

Michelin restaurants all over the world serve malt beer from our local brewery - Bøgedal Bryghus.

Hear about the history behind the unique brewery and how they produce their amazing beer.

Bøgedal Bryghus follows a very old Danish brewing tradition from before industrialization and is Scandinavia's only free-fall brewery. The wort is boiled over the brændeild in a kettle, made by the brewmaster himself. The whole process is handheld and slow, which gives a beer with lots of concentration and aroma. 

The brewery has a small exclusive annual production of just over 40,000 bottles and several of their beers are certified organic.

At the beer tasting, you get to taste 3 of the brewery's unique brews and enjoy some salty snacks.
