Processing of Personal Data

We process your personal data in connection with your stay for the purpose of managing your booking. The processing takes place in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Article 6(1)(c). Your information will be automatically deleted after two years.
Personal data provided by guests using our services and products is used exclusively for the administration of reservations. Sinatur Hotel & Konference and the individual hotel are responsible for this treatment.

Prices and General Conditions

The prices and general conditions on the website apply to individual bookings.

All prices are per room per night and include service and 25% VAT.

Please note that some offers cannot be cancelled, refunded or amended.

Online purchases

Our online reservation system does not require any prepayment. When booking, a temporary reservation of DKK 1 is placed on your payment card, which allows us to charge the full amount of your booking. This reservation is valid for up to seven days after your scheduled departure and is then released automatically.

On the day of arrival, the full amount of your reservation will be deducted from the credit card used to make the booking. Any additional purchases during your stay will be charged either upon departure or immediately upon purchase.

If cancelled after the deadline, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the stay. If you wish to cancel your reservation before the deadline, please contact the hotel directly.

Credit card fee

When paying with certain credit cards, credit card fees may apply. Corporate cards issued within or outside the EU/EEA as well as private payment cards issued outside the EU/EEA are subject to a fee, which is stated on your receipt. The amount of the fee depends on the type of card and the country of issue.

Cancellation policy

All reservations can be modified and/or cancelled without additional fees or costs after the following deadlines:

Rooms with breakfast: Can be cancelled free of charge until 14:00 the day before arrival. Later cancellation or no-show will result in a full price charge.
