This means, among other things, that ecology is a high priority, that we are active in the fight against food waste, and that our food is made from local ingredients in season to the greatest extent possible. Did you know that organic farming is also sustainable and helps with solutions for the climate? This is partly because organic farmers have larger grasslands and use less fertilizer. We make everything based on a thought of sustainability. Which means that we have a serious focus on avoiding food waste, that we always make the food from local ingredients, and that we use the ingredients that are in season, and that our suppliers are organic.
With us, you can easily come across our chefs outside the kitchen, because they are always on the hunt for the best that the garden, forest, heath, stable and field can offer. This is our madkoncept, and it also means that with wild mushrooms, our own honey, home-brewed beer, vegetables from the garden and world-class local cuts, we can always offer great and unique experiences on the plates.
