The large Louis Poulsen embassy lamps in the living room are the natural starting point for the walk, which takes you on an adventure about royal grants, 142,000 pairs of socks, clothes for the army, violent fires and how the Danish Teachers' Association saved Skarrildhus from being demolished at the last minute in the 1960s.
