Schnapps workshop

The schnapps workshop at Skarrildhus Sinatur Hotel & Konference is a pleasant break in the course program, where you learn how to make a delicious, full-bodied snaps with lots of flavor. Forget about snaps brandies and wild hangovers when your teacher and snaps enthusiast takes you on a journey into the world of schnapps and tells you about how you can use different herbs, spirits and other ingredients to create a schnapps that is 100 percent to your taste.

At the schnapps workshop, we experiment with both schnapps for the two-legged herring and the sharp ones for the men. You get lots of good inspiration, recipes and useful knowledge about brandy, just as you of course get your own homemade schnapps to take home for the lunch table.
