We can give you a dining experience you can't get anywhere else. We shop locally with sustainability in mind. We have the Organic Food Label in silver and we organize the menu according to seasonal ingredients. We get our flour from Kragegaarden on Central Funen. Here, the flour is ground at the old-fashioned stone mill, which preserves the quality of the grain, so that bread full of vitamins, proteins and fibre can be served.
Among other things, we get our vegetables from the neighbor at Rosilde Højgård, where the farmer delivers the season's fantastic and organic vegetables - whether it is potatoes, cabbage, beets, apples, celery or strawberries. We really appreciate that - because with vegetarian and vegan alternatives on the menu, good greens play an extra big role.
We are very proud of our Organic Dining Label in silver. A brand that makes good sense when we strive to run hotels with a sustainable mindset and on naturens præmisser. Organic farming is not only sustainable because the organic animals come out in the open, but according to the Danish Organic Association, also because organic farmers do not use energy-intensive artificial fertilizers and generally use less fertilizer.

Oh yes, we also grow a lot of ingredients ourselves in our herb and vegetable garden.
