Courses and conferences

An event can be cancelled or downgraded after the following deadlines: 

• Until six weeks before , it is free of charge to cancel, downgrade or reschedule the event. After this, the cancellation conditions will come into effect.
• Between six to four weeks before , a fee of 40% of the total price is calculated. 
• Between four to two weeks before , a fee of 75% of the total price is calculated. 
• Later than two weeks before , a fee of 100% of the total price will be calculated. 
• Up to 48 hours before , the number of participants can be adjusted downwards by 10% free of charge. An adjustment of 10% may only be made once of the last number confirmed in writing.

The calculation basis is always based on the latest and written confirmed number of participants. Full coverage will be required for additional services that cannot be cancelled or downgraded, and in the event of full cancellation, the possibility of downward adjustment will lapse. Please note that the terms and conditions may vary from hotel to hotel, and you should always read the terms of your contract or contact us if you are in doubt. 

Hotel Rooms/Group Booking

A group reservation is a designation for at least 15 guests covered by the same reservation agreement. The reservation agreement does not lose its original designation as a group as a result of full or partial cancellation.

Up to 30 days before arrival, a group reservation can be cancelled freely. After this, a maximum of 50% of the most recently confirmed order can be cancelled according to the following conditions:

• Between 30 and 21 days prior to arrival, up to 50% of the confirmed hotel arrangement can be cancelled free of charge.
• Between 21 days and up to 10 days before arrival, up to 25% of the confirmed hotel arrangement can be cancelled free of charge.
• Between 10 days and up to and including five days before arrival, up to 10% of the confirmed hotel arrangement can be cancelled free of charge.
• Up to and including three days before arrival, up to 5% of the confirmed hotel arrangement can be cancelled free of charge.
• If cancelled later than three days before arrival, full coverage will be charged for the final confirmed hotel arrangement.
• In case of no-show, delayed arrival and early departure, full coverage will be charged on the final booked hotel arrangement.

A final confirmed event means the hotel services remaining under the reservation agreement at the latest date, when the entire event can be cancelled free of charge.

Cancellation is when the group cancels, reduces, shortens or in a similar way changes the agreed hotel services.

Hotel rooms/individual reservations

Cancellation of room(s) with breakfast
Reservations for room/s with breakfast can be cancelled free of charge until 14:00 the day before arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, full coverage corresponding to the price of the booked hotel services will be required.

Cancellation of stay with dinner or buffet
A stay with dinner can be cancelled free of charge no later than 3 days before arrival*. In case of later cancellation or no-show, full coverage will be charged corresponding to the price of the booked hotel services.

*For bookings booked before March 23, 2021, the following cancellation policy applies for stays with dinner or buffet: Until 14:00 the day before arrival, a reservation agreement can be cancelled free of charge for individual guests. In case of later cancellation or no-show, full coverage corresponding to the price of the booked hotel services for the first day will be required.

How to change and cancel

• Please contact the relevant Sinatur hotel directly by email or phone.
• Prices on the website are intended for individual bookings. If 5 or more rooms are booked for the same period, the hotel will consider it as a group booking, which may result in a change in prices and general conditions, including but not limited to cancellation and payment conditions.
