In the first months of the year, the inflow of light is very special, and the hotel's beautiful conference rooms capture the rare rays of sunshine, so you get just the right light for the day's program. In the spring, during the conference break, you can jump in a canoe right outside the hotel's windows, as one of the conference's outdoor activities. In the summer, there is plenty of opportunity to take breaks in the sunshine along the banks of the river, while in the winter, we can offer fireplace cosiness and soft sofas in the hotel's living rooms.

With our location in Kongens Lyngby, Frederiksdal Hotel is an obvious place for a conference in Copenhagen if you want to combine urban convenience with beautiful nature experiences. Sorgenfri Station, which is the closest, can be reached in just over 20 minutes by S-train from the inner city, after which the last 2.5 kilometers can be reached by bus or on foot - weather and mood permitting.
We also offer 100 free parking spaces right at the door, and we have good access conditions for those guests who want to come in their own car. We are an obvious choice, whether you are holding a conference for Copenhagen, Zealand or all of Denmark.
