Sinatur Hotel & Konference is looking for a head chef who can take the restaurant's dining experiences to new heights. You must want to develop and devise new concepts for the hotel's a la carte restaurant, while getting the leadership role completely under your skin. 

With us, you must be able to take responsibility for the well-being in the kitchen. The focus should be on the safe workplace with a healthy environment, where your team feels seen and heard - whether they are traineechef or waiters.

The key words in your position are leadership and well-being. You must be able to create a good framework for the serious work. Because we have opinions, and we dare to take responsibility - and you have to be able to match that. You must therefore dare to challenge the norms in the kitchen, the methods and the recipes. Whether you work as a head chef in Jutland, on Funen or on Zealand. 

Sinatur Hotel & Konference has six unique hotels, each with its own special restaurant. So your work will always be based on the individual hotel's natural food pantry, different opportunities and special colleague dynamics.
