Your tasks: From familiar guidance to hectic ad hoc tasks

From AV technology and daily maintenance to customer care and inspiring workflows. As a technician at Sinatur Hotel & Conference, your tasks will range widely. Among other things, you will be in charge of the hotel's daily supervision and maintenance of technical installations, while at the same time you will be the link to our external suppliers. And the human contact doesn't stop there: you'll also be available during meetings and conferences at the hotel in case of unexpected problems or difficulties with the technology.

Your technical tasks will thus be everything from fixed and familiar to spontaneous ad hoc tasks that require innovative solutions. You will act as the hotel's IT lifeline, which ensures both daily operations and guests satisfied. Of course, always from a mindset that takes an active part in the green transition. Our natural requirements for you as a technician

In order for you to thrive in your work as a technician with us and at the same time perform at your best, we have some natural requirements that you must be able to meet.

We expect you to have relevant experience with technology, IT and service. It can either be in previous jobs as a janitor, technician or in the facility industry.
We expect you to have IT knowledge as well as PC and MAC experience. In this way, you can best help the hotel's colleagues and guests.
We expect you to be service-minded. If you are going to assist meeting and conference guests, you must be able to provide good service and thrive with a broad interface.
We expect you to be able to work stably and flexibly. As a technician at one of our hotels, you must be able to be stable in your work - and at the same time want to work a little flexible in relation to working hours and tasks.
We expect you to be positive and responsible in your workflow. In your work, you must be able to work independently and take responsibility, as you will be faced with several tasks on your own. It takes drive - and you should be motivated by that.

You can work as a technician at one of Sinatur Hotel & Conference's six hotels - or across the hotels. This allows for a varied working day, where you will be able to perform your technical skills in different environments.
