- Cold-smoked Faroese Hiddenfjord salmon with Danish trout roe,
Frisée salad, crudite and sauce with dill and buttermilk - Stuffed jumbo morel with goose and dry-salted bacon,
Falster lentils with herbs, cabbage shoots and morel sauce - Roasted duck breast, homemade duck sausage, French croquette with herbs, beetroot, mushrooms and sauce with Mandala pepper, balsamic vinegar and mustard seeds
