Outside the windows, you and your guests therefore have a view of either the roaring Mølleå, the colourful heath or the mirror-like sound. And fortunately, nature does not only remain outside the premises. When you hold your party at Sinatur, our skilled chefs are also in charge of the food, which means that they bring the surrounding area to you on a plate.

At all of Sinatur's hotels and restaurants, staff source food from the generous surroundings. Here, the chefs will find world-class food right outside the door. They pick herbs from the river, grow fresh vegetables in their own vegetable gardens and pick the most delicious fruits from the garden's trees and bushes. At the same time, we collaborate with local suppliers, so we only have to go to the neighboring farm to pick up meat and the nearest brewery to replenish the beer storage.
