Workshop: The Good Meeting
We move out of the meeting room and drop Powerpoints and post-its when we hold our workshop "The Good Meeting". Here we geek out on what actually makes teams work!

It's about energy, presence and focus on what really matters in everyday life. About creating meetings that drive you forward instead of draining you.
Duration: 2-3 hours
Collecting expedition
In our Sanke Expedition, participants dive into a gastronomic theme, where they navigate with physical maps, compasses and a solid sense of direction.
Along the way, tasks are solved that challenge both cooperation, logic and creativity, while the participants gather ingredients for the day's snack or supplement to the meal.
Can be combined with serving stew in the Sensory Garden, instead of the traditional conference lunch.
Duration: 90-180 minutes
Be Brave
Be Brave is a vocal workshop where participants are guided through a series of singing exercises that strengthen both the courage to step forward and the ability to listen – both to themselves and each other.
Along the way, we work with the power of the voice, bodily energy and group feeling, and slowly the experience grows into a choir with common resonance.
It's not about being able to sing, but about daring to use your voice – and about feeling how singing can create cohesion, energy and pride in a common space.
The concept can be adapted to all group sizes and can be held at the outdoor auditorium, the orchard, the forest or on the open grasslands.
Duration: 45-90 minutes
Adventure Race
Participate in an energetic and fast-paced Adventure Race, where cooperation, communication and common strategy are the keys to success.
The activity combines movement, fun tasks and challenges that require both physical commitment, creative thinking and the ability to support each other along the way.
Along the way, a variety of tasks await – from logical and creative challenges to practical collaborative exercises and light physical activities – all designed to energize and strengthen team spirit.
Duration: 2-5 hours
Breathwork
Participants will participate in a calm and relaxing breathwork session, where our instructor guides and introduces everyone to the power of breathing.
After a short introduction from the instructor, each participant will gradually experience how both body and mind calm down.
The session lasts 30-60 minutes and is optimally adapted to the next part of the program.
We create a calm and scenic setting for the workshop. Depending on the season, the setup can be expanded with hot cocoa, bonfires, warm suits, etc.
