Food plays an important role at Skarrildhus. Our kitchen works with local, organic and seasonal ingredients, allowing the menu to follow the seasons and reflect the place around us. You can taste it. We take a thoughtful approach to ingredients and food waste. This means, among other things, that we use seasonal produce, choose local suppliers whenever it makes sense, and prepare our food with respect for both flavour and resources.
