Tailored activities to your goals
R26 plans all activities in close dialogue with you. Your wishes, goals and composition of participants form the basis for the course.
This approach fits perfectly with Sinatur's framework: the calm, reflective environment gets extra value when the activity is targeted at your team and agenda.
Tailored to your goals and people
R26 always starts with you. What do you want to achieve? What should the participants take home with them? The activities are created in close dialogue and adapted to both the purpose of your meeting and those who participate. Whether you are a newly started management group or a close-knit team, you get an activity that feels right and not just fun.
It can be a physical challenge with sweat on your forehead. Or a quiet reflection space in nature. It is not about pushing, but about engaging, with respect for both energy, experience and temperament. Therefore, everyone can join. And everyone gets something with them.
Nature as a partner
Sinatur's hotels are located in the middle of the countryside. R26's approach makes the surroundings an active part of the experience, whether it is as a route for a Team Walk with reflection questions along the way, or a joint task in the forest, where collaboration and communication are put into play in new ways.
At Gl. Avernæs, R26 has, among other things, made a nostalgic Puch Maxi trip, where the whole team whizzed out into the South Funen landscape on mopeds in true Polle fiction style. Not to get there as quickly as possible, but to experience together. It creates both smiles and memories. And conversations that last longer than the trip itself.
Time for what counts
At the core of R26's philosophy is the idea of the "two extra hours a day" – time for contemplation, for conversation, to feel each other and oneself. This is in line with Sinatur's idea of meetings with more meaning: When the surroundings provide peace and the activities provide direction, then space for reflection arises.
Many choose R26's team building as a natural extension of a meeting day. Others start the conference with a joint activity to shake the team together. Either way, it settles in the mood and strengthens relationships.
