When you sit down at the table at Sinatur, you should be able to taste the thoughtfulness behind it. That is why we work purposefully with ecology in our kitchens, and we are proud of that.
All of Sinatur's hotels have the silver label in ecology. This is your guarantee that 60-90% of our total raw material purchases are organic. For us, putting a mark on the wall is not an end in itself. This is proof that we make conscious choices every day in the kitchen and prioritize ingredients that are grown with care.
It is noticeable in the food. In taste. And in the peace that lies in knowing that quality and consideration go hand in hand.
